b) An M4.6 earthquake occurred on 31 May in south-central Kushiro Administrative District (maximum intensity: 3).

c) An M6.4 earthquake occurred on 13 May at a depth of about 100km in south-central Kushiro Administrative District (maximum intensity: 4).
