b) There was seismic activity that included an M4.6 earthquake (11 Mar.) off the coast of Iwate Pref. [Iwate Pref. Northern Coastal Area].

c) An M4.2 earthquake occurred on 8 March off the southern coast of Akita Pref. (maximum intensity: 3).
