Observation values in Japan are from the Japan Meteorological Agency, and overseas values are reported by the West Coast and Alaska Tsunami Warning Center.
Observatories in Japan include stations of the Cabinet Office, the Ports and Harbors Bureau of Ministry of Land Infrastructure Transport and Tourism, the Japan Coast Guard, the Geographical Survey Institute, Aichi prefecture, the Yokkaichi Port Administration Management Union, Hyogo prefecture, and Miyazaki prefecture.

For the record at Tarukawano, since it went off scale at 181cm, the true maximum value was not observed.
