Hokkaido Region

a) The M4.3 earthquake east offshore of Hokkaido [Southeast Offshore of Nemuro Peninsula] was in the area of activity of the event on 28 January (M6.8).
b) An M4.6 earthquake occurred on 19 February at the border of the Pacific Plate in southern Tokachi Administrative District.
