Seismic activity in the whole of Japan January 2000 (Magnitude 4 and greater)


There was a deep-focus M5.0 earthquake in the south of the Sea of Ohkotsk.An M6.8 earthquake occurred offshore of eastern Hokkaido [Southeast Offshore of Nemuro Peninsula].An M5.0 earthquake occurred offshore of Fukushima Pref.A deep-focus M5.8 earthquake occurred in the sea to the west of the Ogasawara Islands. An M5.2 earthquake occurred in the sea near Tanegashima Island. An M5.9 earthquake occurred in the East China Sea.
