Earthquake in the foothill region of northern Miyazaki Pref. (2000/4/2 D=146km, M4.5)
An M4.5 earthquake occurred on 2 March at a depth of 146km. Its mechanism was a type showing a torsion axis in the direction of the subducting Philippine Plate.
