Seismic activity in the sea to the east of Osumi Peninsula


On August 3rd, there was an M5.1 event, and its focal mechanism was a reverse fault type with an east-west pressure axis. This event occurred in the northwest tip of the aftershock region of the M5.9 event that occurred on June 25th.
